Rules you need to read in order to successfully submit to YFYF:

1. You must be a member
2. Your piece must be Literature
3. It must meet the following criteria:

1. Submit your piece to the correct folder or it will automatically be declined.- No exceptions. 
2. If your piece is of the (XReader) format- submit it into the XReader folder. (Regardless of genre)
3. Plagiarism is NOT tolerated. You will be reported and removed from the group.
4. Negative comments regarding other members pieces must be done so privately and tastefully. Anything but that will result in your removal from the group. 
5. Mature content (sex, gore, strong language, anything rated R for specific reasons) must be submitted to the Mature content folder regardless of genre.
6. All anime stories that are not XReader must be placed in the anime folder. 
7. All of your submitted pieces will be subject to vote. 
8. You may submit up to 10 deviations per day.
9. You may only submit 1 deviation per day to our featured folder. 
10. Only Co-founders/Contributors are allowed to advertise and edit journal entries. 
11. All stories including OC's (Original Characters) must be submitted to the OC folder.
12. If you are writing an original story please submit it to the Original Story folder. 
13. Please keep in mind you are free to submit to the featured folder, however, your work must be voted into the folder- not all pieces make it. 
14. Fan art (digital art) is not permitted in any of the group folders unless your story is under the picture, in the pictures direct description, or a functioning link to your story is provided with the piece. 

Please remember that all folders are monitored and failure to follow these rules may result in three (3) warnings, removal of material, automatic decline, and/or removal of membership. 

How to submit to the featured folder
1. Only members are free to submit.
2. If you wish to suggest to the featured folder please make sure any piece other than yours was created by a member as well or it will be declined.
3. Your piece must be combed through of grammatical errors in order to be accepted. 
4. You may only submit one piece a day and it must be literature.

Rules and Regulation on Group Admins

Please remember specific admins have specific jobs!

Co-Founder
1. Helps manage and maintain the group
2. Can promote any member
3. Can accept or decline art
4. Can affiliate the group with others

Failure to do your part as a co-founder will result in demotion.

Contributor
1. Responsible for contributing to awareness and activity of the group
2. Controls the contests
3. Regulates the commenting section
4. Aids members with minor issues
5. Is the group informative

Failure to stay active in the group (or ghost) will result in demotion.

Group Critics
1. Are here to help better your overall experience.
2. Will critique works of their choice from the Critique Request folder
3. Are responsible for delivering a respectful and professional response to those being critiqued
4. Can be requested to critique
5. The critics' icon will be displayed on the groups page under Group Critics.

Failure to perform your job respectfully as a critic can get you removed from the group.

*In order to become an admin in the group you must apply for this position by messaging the founder.

*You must be a member of the group already.

*As an admin you will be allowed to advertise and submit appropriate journal entries as well as edit the page content. Your submissions will also be accepted into the Featured folder. Please note that a contributor doesn't have as much authority as a Co-founder.

*If you have an issue or an unsatisfied experience with an admin, report your experience to the founder with appropriate proof and emotion. We take our members experience seriously and the situation will be dealt with.*

How and Where to Successfully Submit Art

1) All art must be submitted into the correct and specific folders (3 warnings)
2) Art must be realistic or semi-realistic
3) All art is subject to vote before submission
4) Only group members can submit
5) If you wish to have your art critiqued, please submit into the critique requested folder
6) You may submit up to 10 deviations a day
7) You may only submit 1 deviation per day to our Featured folder
8) Not all art will make it into the featured folder
9) You are allowed to submit to our favorites folder

Failure to comply with these submission rules will result in up to 3 warnings, your piece being declined or removal from the group. If you are confused or have any questions please notify administration. Thanks!
